Welcome to dekomdmc.com. PLEASE BE PATIENT AND READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING THIS WEB-SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. This website, herein referred to as “dekomdmc.com”, reserves the right to change, modify or amend these terms and conditions without notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this site.
The Products and Services provided by dekomdmc.com are for your personal use only. You agree to abide by these terms of service and not to use these products and services or related messages for any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.

ONLINE SHOPPING
Pricing and Payment
Prices throughout the website are quoted in Ghanaian Cedi, and payment can only be accepted in Ghanaian Cedi only. Should there be any Packing and delivery costs, it will be added to the total price of your purchase.
While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.
Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price, e.g.: half-price, the discount will be calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied.

Ordering
By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be sent (or links to online products) until we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.
Certain steps must be followed for a contract to be formed, as described below.

We do not have the products in stock
Your payment is not authorised
There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the products
You have cancelled your order
We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Delivery information
dekomdmc.com or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available, you will be notified of this by ​dekomdmc.com as quickly as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by ​dekomdmc.com to be authorised to receive the goods.
You must ensure that a person over that age is available to accept delivery of the goods. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the order, ​dekomdmc.com may charge you additional delivery fees. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.


PRINTING & IMAGING SERVICES
The Client is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Any jobs that have been approved and/or sent to press cannot be altered or changed due to the nature of the printing process, and no refund will be given.
dekomdmc.com shall NOT be LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damaged Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong Cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Die Lines, Crop Marks, Transparency, Overprint, Cracks on Folds, Finished Product Size, Poor Orientation or Alignment.
An online proof will be available for your review after you have uploaded your files. We strongly urge customers to check the electronic proof of their artwork before submitting the order. No job will be sent to the press without your approval.
An online proof is NOT inaccurate for colour reproduction of your final printed piece but is the final opportunity for you to check the layout, bleeds, crops and final text. Electronic proofs do not show transparency and overprint issues.
